health care makes me sick...

So where does the debate in DC go from here?

It doesn't seem to be headed to the Freedman economic camp. Even though Walter E Williams and Thomas Sowell are at the head of this debate. It seems few are lessening as they scream "BRIDGE IS OUT! BRIDGE IS OUT!".

President Obama doesn't seem to understand the programs on the table at this time and we can see he doesn't really have a program of his own.

At this time we have 14 months until the next election. So the presser will be high to pass there government plan, while they still have a strong hold on the congress.

The replacement for Ted Kennedy will be an interesting power struggle to see if the Democrat's can maintain a 60 vote in the senate, or if they even had 60 when Kennedy was still alive.

The battle even today is between the left and right of the Democratic Party. For all the bluster of President Obama, his attacks are still aimed at the right of his party.

So hang on and good luck because we are headed for the white water of the rapids.

I have not had the tv or radio on much for the last few weeks, so I am defintiely out of the loop, but I was suprised when I did hear folks saying 'Do it for Kennedy" re: the health care reform since the reform being proposed woudl eliminate the type of care he had at the end of his life.

Oh yeah, I'm noticing the emotional connection being formed by the left...they want to make this a tribute to a fallen hero...yikes!
