I have no clue why banks are banging us to round up our debits.

But we'll move it to your savings to help you save.

Can anyone tell me if it is worth having a string of deposits of less than a dollar?

This sounds like something our congress would come up with. Like all those extra fees on your phone bill. Or gas tax . Or corp. taxes that are just added to the price of that big screen TV.
